PEPPER PIKE, Ohio (WOIO) – One person is dead, another hospitalized and one under arrest after a crash on I-271 in Pepper Pike early Tuesday morning.
According to a release from Pepper Pike Police, at around 2:26 a.m., the police and fire departments responded to I-271 Northbound near Shaker Boulevard for a crash.
When crews arrived, they found two cars invovled.
Investigators learned that a 2025 Subaru Impreza was driving southbound in the northbound lanes of I-271; then, at the Shaker Boulevard underpass, the Subaru hit a 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross driving northbound in the express lanes…
