CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cleveland man is accused of posting social media videos threatening to bomb the Cuyahoga County Justice Center and harm a judge, according to court records.
Daniel McCloud, 31, is charged with making a terroristic threat, a third-degree felony. He was arraigned Tuesday, declared indigent and had a public defender appointed. His bond was set at $100,000. Prosecutors requested that the case be presented directly to a grand jury, records show.
