CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -This week’s Cuyahoga Most Wanted features a Cleveland man facing 16 counts of rape for months of attacks on his victim.
According to Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County, from August of 2025 to March of 2026 Paul Ellison is accused of raping his victim multiple times.
According to court records, Ellison’s victim was underage for some of the assaults.
He’s also accused of providing alcohol during some of the attacks…
