CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – According to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, murder charges against Ameen Farraj, the 18-year-old accused of fatally shooting his 22-year-old brother Abdulla Farraj will be dropped.
The prosecutor’s office said the charges will not be presented to a grand jury and the municipal charges will be withdrawn.
Ameen was charged with first-degree murder via Zoom in Rocky River Municipal Court Sept 17.
