CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -The City of Cleveland and Cleveland Public Power (CPP) announced today two former landfill sites will be turned into solar farms.
First, the former Bradbury Landfill near W. 11th and Spring Road will be getting a smaller 2 megawatt (MW) solar site.
