Rocky River High School says hate speech flyers were found on car windshields. Here’s what we know

ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — Rocky River High School alerted families that flyers with hate speech were found Wednesday afternoon on car windshields in the school’s parking lot.

Just before 4 p.m., an email went out to parents from Principal Carrie Knapp and Superintendent Adham Schirg. They said the Rocky River Police Department was notified and has begun investigating.

“Messages of hate and discrimination do not reflect the values of our schools or our community,” Knapp and Schirg said. “We won’t give these hateful messages amplification. We remain committed to maintaining a school community where every student, staff member and family is treated with dignity and respect.”…
