Euclid is set to become home to Greater Cleveland’s first Hollywood-grade, tier-one movie soundstage and film studio campus. Spearheaded by Northeast Ohio natives James Ingalls II and Alan Velez, this ambitious project will soon transform a long-vacant industrial site into a bustling film production hub.
The initiative, named Creative Spaces, is planned for a 4.32-acre site off East 219th Street, just north of Euclid Avenue. The project promises to boost the local economy and place Euclid on the map as a key player in the film industry.
