Ohio’s minimum wage will bump up to $11.40 in 2027

Ohio’s minimum wage will increase to $11.40 per hour in 2027 to keep up with inflation.

The pay hike, which takes effect Jan. 1, represents a 3.5% increase. Ohio’s hourly minimum wage is currently $11.
