Last-minute convention center expansion proposal raises a new issue for Cleveland lakefront plan

A last-minute proposal to expand the Cuyahoga County-owned Downtown Cleveland convention center could require altering plans for a centerpiece of Cleveland’s long-awaited lakefront development project.
