CLEVELAND, Ohio — A London man accused of shooting at a federal magistrate judge’s car during a road rage incident on Interstate 71 is set to plead guilty, according to court records.
Thassanai Suwannasin, 26, was scheduled to stand trial Monday on charges stemming from the Aug. 4 shooting, but his attorney, Brian Joslyn, told the court a plea agreement had been reached.
