BAY VILLAGE , Ohio ( WJW ) – A Bay Village home that once was the most expensive house listing in Ohio is back on the market — and there’s been a significant price drop.
The stunning home, located on Lake Erie at 26000 Lake Road, was previously listed for $10 million and described as a “modern masterpiece built by one of the most innovative minds in the country.”
The home did not sell and was briefly taken off the market, but was just recently relisted. This time for a mere $7.5 million.
