CLEVELAND (WJW) — A man is dead and three others are injured following a fiery two-vehicle crash Saturday morning in Cleveland , police confirmed.
Emergency responders were called to the area of Superior Avenue and Giddings Road just after midnight. Upon arrival, Cleveland Division of Fire reported people were trapped inside two vehicles, with one on fire.

A 55-year-old man was immediately pulled from the flames, first responders said, but he was declared dead at the scene. A woman was also pulled from that vehicle after the fire was put out. She was taken to University Hospitals.
Rescue tools were used to get two people out of the other vehicle, and they too were taken to University Hospitals. Their conditions are not currently known.
An investigation is ongoing, Cleveland Division of Fire reported.
