Man taken to hospital after 3 separate house fires break out in Cleveland

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland firefighters were still on scene of three separate house fires that broke out in the city Saturday evening.

The first two were called in from the west side of Cleveland both around 8:45 p.m., the Cleveland Division of Fire said in a statement to FOX 8.

One was at a home located at the 10900 block of Governor Avenue and the second one was at the 2000 block of West 73rd Street. No one was reported injured in either fire.

The third blaze occurred on the other side of town, at the 3400 block of East 102nd Street just after 9 p.m., CDF said. One man was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for concerns of “possible smoke inhalation.” His condition is not known.
