LAKE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – Police officers were called to State Route 91 and Euclid Avenue in Willoughby around 12:30 pm Wednesday after a badly decomposing body of a male was found in a grassy area near Swensons Drive-In. Police said the body was found by service crews cleaning up trash along the southbound lanes.
