The Lorain County Port Authority Board of Directors has whittled the number of proposals for the redevelopment of the Midway Mall to two finalists. Following a closed-door executive session, the board voted Wednesday to have Industrial Commercial Partners, or ICP, and the Center for Food Innovation and its proposal for “The Garden” present to the public during an event at Midway Mall on Feb. 15.
