LAKEWOOD, Ohio – Weapons: Madison Avenue. A caller at 1:25 a.m. on Jan. 24 reported hearing a gunshot and then seeing two men arguing near Madison and Arthur Avenue. Police arrested one man for having weapons while intoxicated and an open container. The second man was arrested for discharging a firearm and intoxication, according to a police event report.
