CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati will offer grants for Cuyahoga County residents to help them buy a house. Starting March 1, FHLB Cincinnati announced it would offer up to $25,000 for low-to-moderate income homebuyers grants toward the purchase of a new home, along with closing costs through its “Welcome Home Program.”
