Police look for 3 suspects in homicide at Cleveland gas station

CLEVELAND (WJW) – Cleveland police detectives are trying to identify three suspects in a gas station homicide last month.

According to Cleveland Division of Police, the suspects allegedly met with the victim, 32-year-old Tyrone Hipps Jr., on Jan. 27 to make a deal at the Sunoco Gas Station in the 3300 block of East 93rd Street.

Investigators say Hipps was shot and killed during the meeting.

Detectives are asking anyone able to identify the suspects or anyone with information regarding the shooting to call the homicide unit at 216-623-5464.

“We appreciate the cooperation and assistance of the public in helping to solve this case and bring those responsible to justice,” the police department said in a press release.
