CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Shots fired: Noble Road. At 6:20 a.m. Feb. 3, police were dispatched to an apartment building at 2490 Noble Road on a report of shots fired. An apartment resident had called 911 after she and her son were awakened by the sound of gunshots outside the building.
