A body was found in the 1100 block of Ford Road Thursday afternoon.
According to Elyria police, the individual was found near a wooded area.
Elyria police and the Lorain County Coroner’s office are conducting an investigation into the circumstances surrounding their death.
The identity of the deceased has not been released.
