CLEVELAND – In just about one short month, it will be time to spring forward into Daylight Saving Time. Daylight Saving Time, a sign winter’s end is near, begins March 10, 2024. Clocks will spring forward an hour at 2 a.m. that Sunday. With the time change, that Sunday will be just 23 hours long.
