CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A long-time tenant at Reserve Square Apartments is trying to draw more attention to the mess she says has taken over her complex. “My biggest concern is the trash, the upkeep, it’s disgusting,” said Sheryl Swain. “And as I’m walking down {the stairs}, there is so much trash and garbage on every floor, splashed against the walls; I don’t know what it is, but it’s brown, it looks like puke or feces, and it’s horrible.”
