Impacted counties include Ashland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Crawford, Cuyahoga, Erie, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Ottawa, Richland, and Sandusky counties.
Wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour are possible in the afternoon.
A few sporadic power outages may be possible.
Temperatures will rise into the 40s.
