CLEVELAND (WJW) — An investigation is ongoing after a serious crash involving two vehicles sent at least one man to the hospital Sunday afternoon, Cleveland police reported.
Officers were called to the area of East 55th Street and Chester Avenue around 1:45 p.m. after the vehicles had collided, causing one to flip over.

Cleveland EMS took a 77-year-old man to the hospital for his injuries, but he appears stable, police said.
Four other people involved in the crash reportedly decided not to take ambulances and instead got their own mode of transport to the hospital. Police said their ages and conditions were not known.
At this time, Cleveland police have not released the reason for the crash and no charges have been announced. A witness told FOX 8, that after hearing a big crash outside, he helped get the driver out of the rolled-over vehicle.
