CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Division of Police has launched a homicide investigation after finding a man fatally shot in a bathtub. According to the police report obtained by 19 News, officers found the man dead from what was initially believed to be a suspected overdose in the 15700 block of School Avenue at 1:24 p.m. on Feb. 15.
