CLEVELAND, Ohio – Federal agents have arrested a Cleveland man accused of brokering illegal gun deals with undercover officers who posed as buyers for Detroit gang members. Rodrigus Caldwell, 25, is charged in federal court in Cleveland with gun trafficking, possessing a weapon with a felony record and possessing a machine gun.
