CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland taxpayers shelled out over a million dollars for a modernization plan that seeks to revamp how City Hall does business. The 10-year plan, completed by Ernst & Young and released earlier this week, aims to increase the city’s non-tax revenue, allow the public to access more services online, and improve City Hall basics, like better conditions for public workers, more cybersecurity, and less paper-based bureaucracy.
