CLEVELAND, Ohio — Produce Perks, a program that offers free fruits and vegetables to low-income families, is returning to the West Side Market this weekend. Produce Perks is open to families who are eligible for federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) benefits. Income requirements must be met, and eligible households must include minors or a pregnant woman.
