ELYRIA, Ohio (WKRC) – Two Ohio men were sentenced for targeting an Ohio State Highway Patrol helicopter with both a laser and an LED spotlight, which is a federal offense. According to WJW, 54-year-old Jason McCloskey pleaded guilty to attempted obstructing official business and 42-year-old Louis Bernard was found guilty of one count of criminal damaging or endangering.
