CLEVELAND, Ohio – An Independence man accused of stabbing a caregiver in the neck at medical clinic in Maple Heights was charged Friday with attempted murder. Jason Halasz, 24, also faces a charge of felonious assault in Garfield Heights Municipal Court. His case is expected to be bound over to a Cuyahoga County grand jury in the next few weeks.
