CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas judge set bond at $350,000 for two men accused of setting a Cleveland home on fire last month. D’Andre Morris, 22, appeared in court on Thursday and pleaded not guilty to 27 counts; including, six counts of attempted murder.
