CLEVELAND, Ohio – FBI agents arrested a man on gun charges amid an investigation into a gang that operates on Cleveland’s West Side. Jamar Colegrove, 32, is believed to be a member of the Bellaire Boys, who operate near West 130th Street in Cleveland’s Bellaire-Puritas neighborhood, according to court records.
