Christopher Reeve’s lookalike son will make a cameo in James Gunn’s ‘Superman’

The legacy of Superman lives on.

Will Reeve, the son of late “Superman” star Christopher Reeve, will make a cameo in James Gunn’s “Superman.”

Will, 32, was spotted filming a scene for the movie in Cleveland, Ohio on Tuesday morning, according to Cleveland.com .

He is playing a news reporter.

After wrapping his scene, Will reportedly received a hug from Gunn, 57, and a round of applause from the cast and crew.

David Corenswet, 30, is playing Superman in the upcoming DC Studios film , due to hit theaters in July 2025.

The cast also includes Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific and Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl.
