Look: Large crowds gather to see blessed statue touring NE Ohio

PARMA, Ohio (WJW) – A famous sculpture is drawing massive crowds across Northeast Ohio. Residents have been making their way to Parma to see the International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Our Lady of Fatima.

The blessed statue has traveled around the world, spreading the message of “Our Lady of Fatima.”

On Monday, the statue made an appearance at St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral in Parma.

NWS confirms 5th tornado touched down in Northeast Ohio

It has attracted onlookers from everywhere, with some even calling it miraculous.

The statue will remain in Northeast Ohio through Aug. 21, with the next stop on Tuesday at Poland Village Assisted Living in Poland and Ohio Living Lake Vista in Cortland.
