CLEVELAND – A suspect has died after allegedly shooting himself in Cleveland during an arrest attempt by the U.S. Marshals. Officials say that on Thursday morning, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force located the suspect, Billy Stuart II, at a home near East 55th Street and Outhwaite Avenue.
