Browns’ Myles Garrett Reveals Both Feet Injured: Surgery Necessary?

Cleveland Browns standout defensive end Myles Garrett has been dealing with what was described as a foot injury since he appeared on the Week 2 team injury report.

He missed a day of practice prior to Week 2 and two days of practice this week ahead of the matchup with the New York Giants. He was listed as limited on Friday this week.

Now, it appears things may be worse than we all initially thought. On Friday, Garrett revealed he may need surgery for injuries to both feet – not just one.

“We talked about it, but that’s something that we’ll probably talk about further down the line,” Garrett said. “Hopefully the pain and everything else is something we deal with and will go away, but the issue itself is something that I’ll probably have to deal with for however long I end up playing. So it’s just about managing that and playing through it.”

The former Texas A&M Aggies star revealed that time off during the week sometimes makes the pain manageable.

“It’s still there, it’s still painful, it’s just trying to feel as well as it can,” Garrett said.
