RUSSELL TOWNSHIP, Ohio — Disturbance, County Line Road:. Upon waking up 11:44 p.m. Sept. 15, a girl found her sister having a large group of friends at their father’s house while he was out of the country. Their brother called police stating she was told to not have any guests. Officers spoke to about 15 teens at the party who were requested to have their parents respond to pick them up. Police found no indications of underage alcoholic beverages. As their parents arrived to pick up their children, officers advised them on the situation.
