On Sept. 13 a disturbance was reported near Wooster Road. Two men were found to be intoxicated and attempting to contact people driving by. A 78-year-old Cleveland man was arrested for disorderly conduct while intoxicated, obstructing official business and possession of drug abuse instruments and taken to North Olmsted Police Department where he was given a mandatory court date and taken to Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office to be held on a felony warrant.
