CLEVELAND, Ohio – Monday will bring a break from the rain after a soggy weekend in Northeast Ohio. The National Weather Service is predicting partly sunny skies and highs in the mid-70s. It will be muggy, however, with the dew point hovering in the mid-60s. Temps will dip to the low 60s overnight with partly cloudy skies.
