SOLON, OH – A new restaurant has come to Solon Square Shopping Center.
On September 24, Groovy Cafe celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, according to a social media post from the local chamber of commerce. Customers can find the new restaurant in Solon at 33200 Station St.
The restaurant offers breakfast items like a breakfast sandwich ($8.50; the sandwich is served on your choice of a bagel or croissant and comes with egg, cheese, and your choice of bacon or sausage), breakfast bowl ($10; the bowl comes with bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, tater tots, cheese, peppers, onions, and spinach), breakfast BLT ($9.50; it is served on Texas toast and comes with bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and house-made garlic aioli), and breakfast quesadilla ($10.50; it is filled with bacon, sausage, peppers, onions, cheese, and spinach, and is served with pico and southwest sauce on the side).
Later in the day, Groovy Cafe offers sandwiches and wraps that range from $11.50 to $13. The menu includes options like chicken Caesar wraps (which come with your choice of grilled or breaded chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, house-made Caesar dressing, and parmesan), turkey BLT (which is served on Texas toast and comes with bacon, provolone, turkey, tomato, onion, lettuce, and house-made garlic aioli), southwest chicken wraps (which come with your choice of grilled or breaded chicken, lettuce, tomato, black beans, corn, shredded cheddar, and house-made southwest sauce), and veggie sandwiches, which are served on Texas toast and come with red pepper hummus, onions, avocado, roasted mushrooms, spinach, red peppers, feta, and everything bagel seasoning.
