GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – The loved ones of Jose Ervin, Jr. held a vigil Sunday afternoon near where he was fatally shot two days prior. “My brother was he was the life of the party, he was a legend in Garfield,” Ervin’s sister said. “Everybody loved him from the police to the kids, to the teachers, to the families.”
