Three individuals have been indicted for a recent street takeover incident in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood, disrupting traffic flow and emergency services. The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office announced the charges, as WKYC reports that Gauge Franklin, 18, of Akron, John Dietrich, 20, of Barberton, and a 17-year-old male from Norton face multiple charges, including Aggravated Riot and Inducing Panic.
