BEREA, Ohio – Assault: North Rocky River Drive. An unidentified customer at Speedway, 880 North Rocky River, threw a 40-ounce fountain drink at a worker Dec. 16. The incident was reported at about 7:30 p.m. Two females entered the store. The worker told one of the females, who had poured herself the 40-ounce drink, that she had to pay for the drink, a cup of ice and other merchandise that she was holding.
