Cleveland, OH. Santa Claus is coming to town. Millions of young people sing this theme as they prepare for sleepless nights, awaiting the BIG Happy-Jolly Man to slide down the chimney, bringing many presents and good cheer.
As the children prepare, hundreds of millions of older people await family members, friends, and neighbors who can bring them cheers and maybe a good word of hope, joy, and an abundance of pleasantries.
There is one church, one church family, and a Pastor who refuses to ignore this demographic. That’s Pastor Timothy McDuffie and his family at Antioch Prayer and Praise Church in Cleveland, Ohio. “I’d like to thank you again for the opportunity to come out and spread a little Christmas joy with the residents at the nursing center. I pray this may continue to provide opportunities and blessings for the Kingdom, the residents, and us. May God continue to bless you and the staff there in your efforts; we thank you again and look forward to the next,” says Pastor McDuffie.
