CLEVELAND – Cleveland police are investigating a shooting at a bar and restaurant that left a person dead early Saturday morning. Police were called to the Frozen Daiquiri Bar & Restaurant at 721 Bolivar Road and could not find a victim, but did find evidence that a shooting had taken place, according to a Cleveland Division of Police spokesperson.
