RUSSELL TOWNSHIP, Ohio – Suspicious, Chillicothe Road:. A man called police 4:49 a.m. Dec. 22 and asked for help. His girlfriend had driven off leaving him at the roadside while he urinated in front of a property. Prior to police arrival he called again to say his girlfriend returned to pick him up after playing a joke on him. An officer checked the area and he was gone.
