CLEVELAND — Firefighters from multiple companies spent nearly three hours battling a house fire in East Cleveland Friday night and rescued a dog from a second-floor balcony, according to the city’s fire department.
The East Cleveland Fire Department posted on social media that the fire broke out at a house on Bryn Mawr Road, with crews responding just after 9 p.m. to find “heavy fire” pushing from the home’s third floor.
“Crews made an aggressive interior attack,” the fire department said. “Crews were on scene for 2 1/2 hours battling this fire in the frigid temperatures and high winds.”…
