CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Shaker Heights man was sentenced Wednesday to life in prison for the slayings of two Cleveland brothers in 2020.
David Spivey, also known as “Lil’ Dave,” killed Dominique King, 26, and Delvonte King, 22, after he got into a fight with Dominque hours before the murders on July 30, 2020, a Cuyahoga County jury found. His first trial in 2023 ended with a hung jury.
Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge John O’Donnell sentenced Spivey, 26, on two counts of murder with three-year firearm specifications. Spivey will be eligible for parole after 21 years…
