CLEVELAND (WJW) – A former pharmacy technician was sentenced to prison for possessing fentanyl and oxycodone with the intention of illegally selling it, the Department of Justice said.
U.S. District Judge Donald Nugent sentenced 35-year-old Curtis Green, of Cleveland, to 3 years in prison on Tuesday after he pleaded guilty to drug possession charges.

Court documents said Green, a certified pharmacy tech at a Mayfield Heights hospital at the time, used his position to order controlled substances between Dec. 30, 2022, and April 9, 2023.
