CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – There is now a $5,000 reward available for information leading to the arrest of the person who murdered a 14-year-old boy earlier this month.
Rayshawn Watkins was fatally shot in downtown Cleveland inside the Allerton Apartments on E. 13th Street around 1:55 p.m. on March 19.
